At TaylorLouiseDesign, every invitation suite is completely bespoke, thoughtfully designed from the ground up to reflect your style, your wedding and the atmosphere you want to create for your guests. From. your ‘Save The Dates' and invitations to RSVP cards, details cards and carefully considered envelope details, every element is designed to work beautifully together as part of your own stationery story.

There are no templates or set designs to choose from. Instead, your stationery begins with your ideas, inspirations and vision, which are transformed into a completely bespoke designs created exclusively for you. Whether you have a clear vision from the very beginning, or need help bringing your ideas together, we will work collaboratively throughout the design process to create something that feels unmistakably yours.

Your stationery should feel right, which is why you design journey includes unlimited draft designs. We can refine, adjust and explore different design directions together until every details feels just as you imagined. From typography and colour palettes to illustrations, monograms, layouts and finishing touches, nothing in overlooked.

Ordering Timeline

Save The Dates

12-18 months before your wedding

Production time can take up to 8 weeks depending on design choices and whether you have a clear vision of how you’d like your stationery.

I’d recommend getting your Save The Dates out ASAP, especially if your wedding is abroad or during peak season.

Invitations

4-8 months before your wedding

Production time can take up to 8 weeks depending on how elaborate you’d like your invitation suites. I always include 2 extra invitations free of charge; one for your memory box and one for your photographer on your wedding morning.

On The Day Stationery

1-2 months before your wedding

Production time can vary from 2 weeks to 6 weeks depending on if you have your guests RSVP’s back and plans are set in stone with your venue.

I’d recommend asking your venue when they need final numbers by and correspond with me regarding production from there.

The Process

  • Complete the enquiry form via our enquiry page and include as many details as possible about the stationery you have in mind. I’ll then be in touch via email.

  • Schedule a consultation via the link in your email. We will discuss your ideas, what stationery you require and when your wedding is. I will then send you an initial quote and contract to sign before designing starts.

  • To confirm the use of our stationery service we require a £50.00 non-refundable deposit. This secures our services, our time and covers the design stage of your project.

  • After payment has been received the drafting stage will begin. I will send you some questionnaires to complete to ensure I have all the information needed. Please allow a couple of weeks for us to produce your drafts especially if an illustration is involved. 

    Pricing for each design option will be provided at this stage, and a fresh invoice will be given for the remainder of the project. Once the remaining payment has been made, we move onto the production stage.

  • Printing production will begin once a design has been chosen and signed off. Depending on the complexity please allow 3 - 6 weeks for your stationery to be completed.

    Once your stationery is ready we will dispatch your items via a tracked service to ensure they reach you safely.
